Shipping Policy

 By placing an order on this website, you agree to the terms and conditions below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement to protect each other and define expectations regarding our service.



1. General

Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to process all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will provide you with the available products and contact you to see if you would prefer to wait for the out-of-stock item to be restocked or if you would prefer that we issue a refund.


2. Shipping costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final price of shipping costs for the customer.


3. Returns

3.1 Returns due to a change of mind

UNIQWAYS will gladly accept returns due to a change of mind as long as a return request is received within 14 days of receipt of the item and is returned to us in its original packaging, unused and in resalable condition.

Return shipping will be paid at the customer's expense and the customer must arrange their own shipping.


Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this is complete via email.


UNIQWAYS will refund the value of the returned goods but will NOT refund the value of the shipping charges paid.


3.2 Returns under warranty

UNIQWAYS will gladly honor any valid warranty claim, provided that a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of the items.

Customers will be required to prepay the return shipping costs, but we will refund you in the event of a successful warranty claim.

Upon receipt of the warranty claim items, you can expect UNIQWAYS to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once the warranty claim has been confirmed, you will have the option of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a store credit refund

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available)


4. Terms of delivery

4.1 Domestic Transit Time

In general, shipments to the United States are in transit for 4 to 7 Days.


4.2 International transit time

Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 10-15 days. This varies considerably depending on the carrier you select. We are able to offer a more accurate estimate when you select your courier at checkout.

4.3 Shipping Time

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days after payment of the order

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday during normal business hours, except on holidays when the warehouse will be closed. In these cases, we take steps to ensure that shipping delays are kept to a minimum.


4.4 Change of Delivery Address

For delivery address change requests, we are able to change the address at any time before the order is shipped.


4.5 Shipment by P.O. Box

UNIQWAYS will ship to P.O. Box addresses using postal services only. We are not able to offer courier services to these locations.


4.6 Shipping by Military Address

We are able to ship to military addresses using USPS. We are not able to offer this service using courier services.
